不需要先準備完整文件。簡單說明系統現況、目前問題，以及你最擔心的部分即可。首次聯絡的目的，是先確認問題範圍，以及我是否適合參與。You do not need complete documentation to get started. Briefly describe the system’s current state, the problem, and what concerns you most. The first contact helps establish the scope of the problem and whether I am a good fit.

正式開放收件後，流程如下：Once inquiry submission opens, the process will be:

01收到你的留言後，我會回覆書面的初步判斷：可能的方向、還缺哪些資訊、建議先做什麼。After receiving your inquiry, I provide a written initial assessment: likely directions, what information is still missing, and what I would do first.

02如果不適合我處理，我會直接說，並說明原因和可能的替代方向。If this is not work for me, I will say so, explain why, and point to an alternative.

03客戶系統與合作內容不對外公開；公開案例僅使用去識別化、重新整理後的示範情境。Client systems and engagements remain confidential. Public examples are anonymized, reworked illustrative scenarios.

04初步判斷不收費；一開始只需提供去識別化資訊。後續若需交換敏感資料，再依需求處理 NDA 與資料交換方式。The initial assessment is free. Start with anonymized information; if sensitive material is needed later, we can agree on an NDA and a suitable exchange method.
